At Mountain Ketamine, we believe in a patient-centered approach to mental health care. We take the time to listen to our patients and work collaboratively with them and their referring providers to develop a treatment plan that addresses their unique needs and goals.

Our Services
We are pleased to offer a range of Ketamine services, including intramuscular (IM) and intranasal (IN) ketamine administration, as well as oral lozenges. Each session is guided and monitored by a medical provider for a total of two hours. To optimize your treatment, these sessions should be preceded by a therapy session, and a follow-up session should take place before your next treatment to discuss intentions and review the outcomes.
If you choose, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) can be conducted in collaboration with your therapist. Due to the controlled nature of Ketamine, these sessions must be scheduled at our facility, though alternative arrangements can be made under certain circumstances.
We are excited to announce that our new location in Elevated Wellness Collective in Avon, CO, is now open, offering Ketamine sessions and in-person psychiatric clearance assessments. We look forward to providing you with compassionate care in this new space.
Our Providers
Our team of providers has extensive experience in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, chronic pain conditions, and PTSD, including the use of ketamine and ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
Currently, we are still in the process of completing our credentialing with insurance carriers, so we can only offer the initial evaluation and Ketamine treatment on a self-pay basis at our facility. We will keep you updated as we continue to work through the credentialing process and expand our list of covered providers.
We are excited to announce the opening of our new location in Avon, CO, where Michelle Presley, DNP, ACNP-BC, is now offering Ketamine sessions. Michelle is a doctorate-prepared Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience across a range of acute care settings, including ICUs, inpatient units, and outpatient clinics. Her background encompasses the treatment of a wide variety of medical and psychiatric conditions.
Michelle began her career focusing on chronic pain management and has recently specialized in acute pain, supporting patients before and after surgical procedures in the Vail Valley. She has also served as a hospitalist in the region. This diverse experience makes her exceptionally qualified to provide Ketamine sessions to patients in an outpatient setting, following clearance by a psychiatric provider.
Our therapy room is designed to offer a safe and therapeutic environment to promote a healing journey.
We do have a Licensed Therapist in our office who specializes in psychedelic assisted therapy, if you are not already seeing someone.
